1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Spain Pilot, a service operated by Spain Pilot S.L. (in formation), a company currently being registered in Spain. These Terms are an agreement between you and Spain Pilot S.L. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Spain Pilot S.L.

By using the Spain Pilot website, joining the beta waitlist, or using the Spain Pilot product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Spain Pilot is an informational and research tool for relocation and housing decisions. It uses AI together with structured location and housing data to help you compare places, understand trade-offs, and research your move to Spain.

3. Not Professional Advice

Spain Pilot provides informational and decision-support tools for relocation and housing research. It does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, or professional real-estate advice. Important decisions should be verified with appropriately qualified professionals.

Information in Spain Pilot, including AI-generated content, scores, prices, and comparisons, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Rules on visas, taxes, and property change over time and depend on your circumstances. Always check important information with official sources and qualified professionals before acting on it.

4. Eligibility

Spain Pilot is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Private Beta

Spain Pilot is currently in private beta. Access to the product is by invitation. During the beta:

• features may change, be limited, or be removed;
• the service may be interrupted or unavailable at times;
• we may end the beta or discontinue the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use automated systems or bots to submit signups or requests;
• attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
• scrape or copy the service or its data in bulk;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Your Information

You remain responsible for the information you provide. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Spain Pilot name, website, design, and software belong to Spain Pilot S.L. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

Spain Pilot may include or refer to information from third-party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you incur based on information provided by the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the beta at any time. You can stop using the service and ask us to remove your data at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Spain Pilot develops. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Any disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
